Just a fun, silly thread...
My 4 year old came up with a crazy name...I think it was just a bunch of words all jumbled up. :lol I was like "Uh, I don't think so. What about belly bean?" He laughed hysterically - so I think that's what we're stickin' with! :lol
What are you calling yours???

I had an u/s yesterday, and ds wanted to look at the monitor. He asked if there was a baby in my belly, i said yes, but it looks like a jellybean. Jellybean has stuck!
My friend's ds (1 1/2) calls hers Diesel, from Thomas the Tank Engine.

We are so boring. We just call it "the baby". DH has never been "in" to cutesy things. Oh well. One of my best friends always calls hers "Molly" and she has ended up with 3 boys :lol

I'm lurking from limbo (testing on Saturday). I just wanted to say what I'm going to call the baby once I'm confirmed pregnant. Well it was either Shim (because we won't be finding out until the birth if it's a boy or a girl) or Bito (for Bun In The Oven). I'm leaning towards Bito. :lol

lego-baby. The boys have a model of the baby, made from ickle teeny-weeny lego blocks, that they've been showing their friends to explain how big their new sibling is.
It WAS bean, but lego-baby is way cooler. We're going to build it, week by week, until by September we have a two-foot long 8lb block of lego :lol

So when I showed DH my BFP he informed me that he doesn't trust those tests and he'll "believe it when he sees it" hmmm...he is jokingly not acknowleging the PG.
Tonight on his way home from work he calls me and says we should call the baby "Figmant".

My first was Banano, my second was Gastou (dh called her that because I had really bad gas the first few weeks of pregnancy:o), #3 was Babo, and I'm about ready to call this one Pooptou, as I seem to have become a pooping machine since I got pregnant. I know, I know TMI, but man, who knew a person could poop so much in a day? WTH?

gummy bear
our 7wk ultrasound showed the little tiny arm/leg buds and a big head. After studying the pic for a while, I decided it looked like a little gummy bear holding a balloon (the yolk sack.) Hubby loves it and it stuck.

Well, I'm not a newbie, but I have never named an embryo/fetus before LOL!
(and this is my SIXTH pregnancy...)
But this one, I am calling snowflake. Dumb, bc I think that's what they call the frozen-embryo "adoption" program, but to me it means this baby is unique, and also that some days I am just so afraid it will melt away...

Ds1 wants to name it Parakeet so that is what we are calling it right now. I am just now realizing that it's kind of weird as I'm typing. :lol

We like to call the baby by it's name. But we are undecided about the name so we just keep trying them out. Right now we are on Story. Yes, as in a first name.
My Fil did call my last one butterbean, which is kinda cute being in the south and all. And my Mom and Dad called him mini, as in Mini Cooper, because his name is Cooper.
