Gas pain - any natural remedies?

I think I must have eaten too much at my MIL's super bowl party! :lol Anyhow, today, I have terrible gas cramps in my back & sides...

Any natural pregnancy-safe remedies? Foods? Yoga positions?

I am totally subscribing! I spend my pregnancies munching Gas-X and Tums like they are candy and swigging Maalox like a drunken sailor. Not to mention the prescription Zantac I go on to keep acid from refluxing into my lungs as I sleep. Please, anyone, anything!
