Hip/pelvis pain

This is baby #2, and I'm noticing a lot more aches and pains than I did with pg #1. My pelvis, around my hip area but close to my crotch (hopefully that makes sense) hurts, a LOT! I took 600 mg of ibuprofen and the pain is still there. It hurts to walk, and it makes me walk like an old lady. Is this a normal pregnancy thing? A friend said it sounds like my pelvis is growing, but I'm only 4 weeks along, so that's a little early, right? I felt the pain in my round ligaments yesterday, so I'm wondering if in a few weeks I'm going to be popping. Any help or advice would be appreciated!

I had severe SPD (symphysis pelvis disfunction) with my last pregnancy and I am getting worried because I am already feeling twinges in that area again.

I am thinking about buying a body pillow today so I can start sleeping in a better position at least. As soon as my belly is big enough I will buy a belly supporter this time to lift some of the weight off my pelvis as well.
