Grocery Shopping is the Pits!!!

DH is doing the Master Cleanse right now, so I went grocery shopping alone yesterday. I can't tell you how horrible it was. I had to think about every item of food I saw and how it disgusted me. I picked up everything I thought I might be able to manage to eat, and one of the things was a huge mistake. The smell of it in the car ruined the rest of my day. I was so nauseous when the whole ordeal was over that I could only munch on cheese puffs for the rest of the day. They were the healthier kind, so I didn't feel too bad, but I would have liked to eat some real nutrition.

UGH!!! I think I might send DH out for my food next time.

I haven't been grocery shopping yet but this is getting annpying! I want to eat, I know I'm hungry but when I eat, I just feel sick, so I try to eat more and then I just feel sick because I ate too much. I managed to shrink my stomach and it just can't hold very much food. I've never been sick this early. I'm only 4 weeks and with the first I got sick at 6. If it's already going on this early it's just going to get worse :p
Good luck on finding things to eat, nothing sounds and looks good. I think when we do go grocery shopping, dh will have to pick things out and then cook.

I have a hard time grocery shopping -- because I often am rushing out the door to get us there, and I forget to eat before we go, and then I'm hungry while I'm shopping, and want to buy everything in the store, and then I spend more time there, and get hungrier and hungrier.... :o
