Homeopathic prevention of Dental Caries

I looked through the archives but I didn't see any mention, hopefully I didn't overlook it.
Does anyone remember in a Mothering Magazine issue, there was an article where a mother detailed a homeopathic treatment that she used on her child at the first signs of white spots, and it halted what she thought was going to be a case of dental caries. I have searched through the Mothering's that I have (a lot have been loaned out) and I can't find it anywhere. If anyone knows what I'm talking about please let me know...(maybe it was just a hopeful dream) :)

I can't dig through my stack of motherings right now (in the room where the kids are asleep), but I purchased one of the recommended items for my son. I had trouble getting him to take in properly so I can't tell you if it worked on not. It is Calcerea Phosphorica. The strength I have is 6x made by Boiron. I am pretty sure I got the name from that article. I know it was from an issue in the last year.
