So, I just took a pregnancy test and it was positive!!!!! I am so excited! This will be our first. We kind of think the conception was on Valentine's Day, so this will probably be a mid-November baby.

It takes a good nine months at least for the reality to really set in :D. For me it's been about 7 years and counting :lol

I got my BFP last wed. and it still feels so unreal. I wish I could tell everyone but DH and I have decided to wait till 12 weeks to tell family. I have told my best friend though. Congrats!!!

Jen, congrats to you! I totally know where you're coming from. I'm having some major morning sickness (I'm about 5 weeks right now, so I'm probably in the wrong DDC) and I so want my mommy to give me advice. She's a nurse and knows a lot.

In two weeks I'm meeting my mom and sister in Chicago for a girls' weekend. These sorts of things generally involve quite a bit of wine, so I plan on telling them then. DH is being cute about wanting his parents to know at the same time as mine, so he's going to tell his right before I leave for my little trip.
