Hello!
I've been lurking here since last week and decided I might as well introduce myself :)

I am Lisa, I live in Canada. As per my sig you can see I have 3 children and am due Nov. 1 with my 4th.

I hadn't posted yet because I feel bad that my pregnancy was not planned and I wasn't ready yet for "congratulations". Not that this baby isn't "wanted" just not planned therefore we are still in shock. My first two are 6 years apart and my next two are 4 years apart so 18 months apart will be a HUGE difference from what we are used to :) We were using FAM and I guess the condom didn't work! LOL It was only my 2 cycle ovulating since I'm still nursing my 11 month old.

I also recently started homeschooling my other children and am wondering where I'll find the time for everything with two under 2.

Can't wait to get to know everyone!

Welcome! I hear you about still being in shock, but it'll sink in...just give it time. And it might be nice to have two under two; they will be best playmates. My younger brother and I are only 18 months apart and while I'm sure it a a bit rough on my mom at first, he and I are still very close. Wishing you a H&H 9months!

Well, add me to the hasn't sunk in club. JUST found out today, BIG surprise! My youngest just turned 3 last month. We have fertility issues (me) and in the 9 years we have been married never got pg without help from fertility drugs. I kinda figured we were safe, but in the back of our minds if it did happen it would be a good thing. Little freaked right now though!!! Just need to breath and let it sink in. DH of course was overjoyed! :lol

Welcome! I'm sure it will sink in soon. Your two young ones will be so close now that they are so close in age. My brother and I are 18 month apart and we always did everything together.

I've known a bit more than a week and I'm still not totally there yet. I'll be talking and suddenly it will hit me, I'M PREGNANT lol So I'd give it some time still

My youngest two are 18 apart. It has been hard at moments, but is also great. They adore each other, and share so much. They are a joy to watch playing, and share a lot of interests. The only downsides to me are just the split time at first getting through that rough newborn stage, and now (at 3 yrs and 19m) sharing issues. The older isn't quite to the point of mastering self control, so when lil guy loses his, they both lose it. But we've really enjoyed their closeness.

Congrats and welcome to the club!

Welcome! My first two are 18 months apart. I know how you feel as it was a terrible shock to me. You'll survive though. And after the first two years, you'll probably love it! And you have one advantage I did not have. You've got some older kids to help out with the babies.
