View Full Version : Not a member of the DDC, but I have a question

I *may* be pregnant (and if I am I'll be due in Nov.). I'm only 9dpo, tested this morning and had a BFN. I didn't get BFP with last pregnancy until 12dpo, so I'm thinking there is still a small possibility.
Anyways... my question is regarding early symptoms any of you may have had so far.
I've experienced some dizziness, some (very slight) nausea, TMI- lots of loose BM's, and I've been very burpy.
Anybody else experience these things? Obviously the nausea, but what about the weirder symptoms such as loose BM's and burpiness?
Thanks for letting me crash your DDC. :wink

I don't know how much help I am, I was and still am very asymptomatic with this PG (at 6 wks give or take) with my other three I was VERY symptomatic even B4 late AF so I think it is anyone's guess, the gastro symptoms you describe seem to be fairly common in very early PG,, so maybe... where is your temp? any breast fullness, extra CM?? but , really way too soon to be worried for no symptoms or BFN.. by the way what in the heck does teh BF stand for?? I get the N and P but BF ?? I must be dense or have pregnesia already.. good luck and hope you can join us officially in a few days

Sorry, BFN is "Big Fat Negative" and BFP is "Big Fat Positive".
The thing is we were not TTC, so I wasn't charting temps or anything. I haven't noticed any cervical mucus (since O'ing). I do feel slightly bloated (which could just be AF coming??). And I don't notice a fullness in my boobs, other than when I get full of milk since I'm still nursing my 14 month old.

Bethany...I get the loose poo too!! LOL...Actually I barely go when not preggo, but always have to go at least twice a day when preggo. I never get pgcy constipation, quite the opposite. haha How's that for TMI?
Man, I would LOVE it you get a BFP!! :D

Bethany,
I just wanted to chime in and add that while I had boob soreness when I was pg with DS and with DD (DS was still nursing when I was pg with her), this time around (and last time when I miscarried) I didn't have any boob soreness at all and my DD is still nursing, too.
For me, peeing a lot is my first tip off and increased CM.
Hope you'll be joining us!

No way mama!! :lol It just gets more tricky to do it around dh's schedule. LMBO!!! That's when I start going, "Honey, could you go get me cupcakes at the store, I'm having a craving." Then I go when he's gone. :lol :lol :lol

burpiness and BM could be due to digestive system slowing in order to allow your body to absorb more nutrients from food.
GL on your next test!

No BFP yet. I took another test at 10dpo which was negative. I only have 2 tests left so I'm going to wait another few days before I retest. I'm feeling like I'm not pregnant now. I'll definately keep you posted though, either way. AF is due the 16th. We'll see!

Sorry to hear that Bethany. You'll get your BFP soon! I know how you feel. I had a few months were I was certain I was pregnant and even lurked on the DDC for that month only to have AF show up. Good luck TTC this next cycle!!!
