I am SO nauseous I can hardly stand it!!!

I am at work and have this lump in the back of my throat for about 3 hours and I think if I could just :Puke I would feel so much better!

I had queasies with my 2 boys, but nothing like this and I never actually threw up with them. I want to lay down on the floor and roll around and cry! Holy crap I dont know how much I can take!! Im not usually a baby either :lol but man.

Just wanted to have a little pity party! Thanks for letting me!!

:hug I'm sorry. That's how I felt last time. And it really kicked in around week 6. We'll see what happens next week for me. But so far, I'm feeling great! Get as much ginger as you can. I hope you are able to make it through the next few weeks at work.

:hug I feel for you and hope that it improves soon. Being at work makes it all the more difficult, since you probably haven't shared with them the exciting news. I second the ginger and also recommend almonds if you can eat them.

I feel your pain. I have had that same lump in my throat yesterday and today. I had some nausea in the first couple weeks, then it seemed better, but now I wish I would just :Puke already!

Right there with you. Just got out of the bathroom.

I'm getting stuff up, but its not making me feel better.

:hugs.

In the end its so worth it, right??

That is exactly how I felt my last pregnancy - like I wanted to vomit the entire time. And I couldn't vomit for whatever reason. Not very fun at work at all. I feel better this time, I think because I am spending 1/2 of every day outside - the fresh air seems to be working. Of course, all pregnancies are different.

Here's hoping it goes away soon!

Well, feeling good today, just a slight feeling of nauseousness.

I think the mocha I drank yesterday morning is what put me over the edge. Guess I will have to cut that out for awhile! I typically develop an aversion to coffee for about 6 weeks at the beginning, I think it is starting cause I couldnt finish my cup this morning. Stinks cause I LOVE my coffee!!! But by the 2nd trimester, I am good to go again :lol

I love my coffee too...and the other day my mom had two bags in the car, I got in and almost puked. Yuck!

Yep, coffee can make me nauseous in the beginning as well. I don't plan on giving it up unless my body makes me. So far so good, but I'm only 5 weeks.

Laura - my DH loves it!! We planned it this way. I was the SAHM for 5 years and when we moved last Jan, he became the F/T SAHP. He has offered to go back to work when the baby comes so I can stay home again, but we shall see. I really enjoy working out of the house. I think we will go to a more equal P/T situation after this baby. He has a P/T (Weekend) job that he is crazy about and would love it to go more hours. I would like to have the best of both worlds and work P/T and SAHM P/T. :)

I am SO glad it is working for you guys.. I like it, mostly, except I end up doing more of the household chores than he would if I were home and he gets so cranky because it is bad for his delicate ego, I tell him to get over himself and just work harder at home which is an invaluable job to me,, he does not quite see it that way, the pos is that he LOVES spending all the time with the boys and is so close to Evan, I love it.. it will be interesting to see how he handles an infant again, hopefully we will NOT have the nightmare situation that we had with evan the first 3-4 yrs.. Evan's story is posted (well some of it) on the vaccination board if you are curious (header is By Request: Evan's story) I only got thru some of it then got PG and haven't updated in a bit.. must do that.. anyway, glad you guys have a workable situation
