I've been watching out for swelling in my feet lately, but seem to be avoiding it so far. What I have noticed is that sometimes my feet get this itchy/tingly feeling (maybe pins and needles, but more itchy) and they'll turn a little darker and get blotchy...
I'm thinking it's something to do with circulation b/c it usually happens when I put my feet down after they've been propped for a while (like standing up after I've been laying down) and if I elevate them then it goes away.
Any clues as to what this is or how to stop it? I don't know if this is a symptom for hypertension or pre-eclampsia, but I don't have any of the other symptoms for either - no headaches, bp's low, no protein in my urine, no edema, etc...
So, any thoughts?
*Oh, I'm 31 weeks with twins if that helps...
