So, what will you be doing differently this time around if this is your 2nd, 3rd or more pregnancy. I would change a lot. I feel like I was pretty uninformed with my first pregnancy. Here some of the things I'm doing differently this time.
- eating healthier, more fresh fruits and veggies, more whole foods.
- exercising/stretching, didn't at all with my first and i think it effected my confidence more than anything.
- take a better prenatal vitamin, and cod liver oil (not every day for the CLO)
- this is more for the birth, but i will be having a home birth this time and probably be doing the hypnobabies program.
Please share! I'm sure we're all curious to know.

I hope to find a MW
I plan to avoid the nice hospital that I had DS in... bc they were mean, and inpatient.
I hope to explore the idea of Homebirthing
I plan to sleep more in lieu of sleepless nights...
but that is all that I am willing to explore right now... DS is 10 months old, and the thought of my being pg again right now is frightening:o I do want more dc, but I am waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too scared right now.

I'm going to eat better, not as much sugar.
I'm going to do yoga.
I'm avoiding caffeine (though this is not by choice).
I'll be having the baby at a birthing center or at home rather than at the hospital.

Definitely eating better and getting better exercise. I'm planning to start a prenatal yoga class on Monday and I think that will be really nice, to get out and just spend time on me and the new babe. I worked full time for most of my first pregnancy so I didn't get very much good exercise or food. I just ate whatever I felt like I could keep down.
I will also be avoiding dopplers (although I may have one imaging ultrasound if I think there is a reason) and having my baby at home, unassisted.

- homebirth instead of hospital birth
- eat healthier (esp. watch the sugar intake)
- be consistent with my prenatal vitamin (I'm notoriously lax with any type of supplement that I'm "supposed" to take regularly)
- consistent exercise (walking, calisthenics)
- get my "projects" done early!!!!! (last time, I went on mat leave 2 wks b/4 my due date and wouldn't you know, 2nd morning of my leave my water broke!!!! Good thing my nesting instincts had kicked in and I set up the nursery on my ONE day of pre-DS mat leave :o )
