I've noticed that if it gets too close to lunch or dinner & I haven't had a snack, I'll feel badly. The best way I can describe it is almost like menstrual or intestinal cramps. It's certainly not a feeling that makes me think, "Hmmm, I should eat something", but eating is what fixes it. Since I've become aware of it (thanks to DH), I'm doing pre-emptive snacking & things seem to be going better.

I'm starting to have that issue. I'm making sure a have a few small, high protien snacks through out the day and that has really helped.

I have to eat every 1 1/2 to 2 hours or I feel very bad.

Same here! And some of my nausea seems to only be helped by eating, it's weird. It was almost that feeling of eating too much but I knew it wasn't that, so I tried eating, and it helped. So strange.

If I don't eat I get incredibly dizzy! I haven't gotten sick yet-just dizzy!

It's weird but I feel already that my appetite has increased. I don't know if that is a good thing:innocent I also get dizzy plus the shakes if I don't eat. It could be that I'm nursing too. Don't know.

I am also a lot hungrier the past few days. And the fatigue has just hit, too. But more than snacking every 2-3 hours, I am constantly thirsty! I am nursing a toddler, too, so maybe the combination with pregnancy is really getting to me. Is anyone else so continually thirsty? Even after drinking water I still feel much the same.

This is where I'm at too. Although, I notice it's much worse or I actually do barf if I don't eat pretty constantly.

I've got this near-constant niggling little bit of nausea that follows me throughout the day that gets better or worse, depending on when I've eaten. If I go too long without eating, it gets worse but if I eat too much, or the wrong thing, it gets worse too. So incredibly annoying.

:yeah: It's very annoying. I have been using Sea Bands since a few days before I got my BFP and they just seem to take the edge off, if they help at all.

We're due the same day, and you have just described me perfectly. I just made myself a nice healthy dinner, got halfway through and just couldn't bear the thought of finishing it (and it wasn't that much...piece of chicken and a little cauliflower). But I was SO hungry before I ate. Now I just feel like I have menstrual cramps, and my boobs are getting so heavy that my shoulders ache. :(
Hard to believe I've been waiting for this all of my life.

Does anyone know of anything that helps. I was sick with my daughter, but this time I am throwing up a couple of times a day and today i can't keep anything down. I am ready to try anything.
