u/s tommorow, good thoughts please

My midwife scheduled me an u/s for tomorrow because I have been feeling really badly and she wanted to put my mind at ease. I had a m/c in Dec., so I'm a little worried. I'm also worried that I might be having twins and that is why I feel so bad. Please send good thoughts my way. :)
