They're seabands, basically. http://www.morningsicknesshelp.com/seabands.html They work as acupressure on your wrists and most women w/ morning sickness do ok w/ them. As do ppl who tend to get motion sickness.

Completely useless to me because I have hyperemesis gravidarum. Severe and debilitating nausea & vomiting. I've lost 11 lbs in 10 weeks. I'm 16 wks pregnant and you still can't even see a little bump. Life sucks for me. http://www.hyperemesis.org

The nausea can be the worst. It never ends!!! And typically if you hurl the nausea usually goes away, right? Not with hyperemesis! Oh no. That just won't do! It has to stick around. 24/7. Even in your sleep. Even if you puke your meds like I just did. Yup. Sucks to be me.

I hope you don't develop HG. It's 100% pure, unadulterated MISERY. I have honestly told ppl, "I just wanna die." And I've MEANT IT. I've felt like I was dying. I hate going to the ER (who really enjoys that anyway?) but when you're sitting on a hard gurney in the ER having fluids pumped into your arm, it's even worse. The up-side to the Er is that you sometimes get to meet some neat ppl. DH met a new gaming buddy. :lol
