So, did anyone here just "know" they were pregnant? I did. I had the craziest cycle of my life this month, including heavy bleeding around ovulation (but I know I ovulated, I get mittelshmerz). Am I the only one?
I also for some reason "know" that this is a boy. Which should be fun and interesting, because DH doesn't want to discuss boy names until we see the sonogram. We already have a couple great girls names. O well.

I felt the same way. We weren't even ttc, but I just "knew" about two weeks prior to the day AF was due. To be fair though, I started cramping about then, which isn't normal. That was sort of my heads up.
I also feel certain that its a boy, I can't even think about girl names. Oddly enough, my mother feels the same way. She started referring to the bean as a he immediately.

I felt the same way! I knew I was pregnant 2 weeks ago, we weren't trying either, and just got my positive test yesterday, expecting #2 1/3/08 :wink

Same here ladies! I just knew this month. I tested this morning and I was only one day late (not so regular either). I have been really tired, but I think last week was way to early for that. I also have a really strong feeling that it's a boy this time. We'll just have to wait and see.
Dd was a "suprise" honeymoon baby, and although I hate typing this, I was so happy to be nothing but thrilled this morning when the test was positive. Dd is the greatest gift in the world, but we were in a much different place then.
OK, off to rest!

I am not in your group, but I saw the thread and had to check it out. I have known it every time too. I tested 5 days before af was due and it was positive.

although i got a bfn at 11 dpo, i've known i was pregnant this month too. with my last i got nervous during this phase (post bfp, pre-morning sickness). this time i've other signs the whole time and i'm LOVING that the morning sickness is not here right now. it would be great if it stayed that way.

I didnt know, in fact I didnt even think there was chance. We were trying but I couldnt figure out when I ovulated so I figured, hell, there is no chance. So I drank a little this past weekend, had a couple cigarettes (ok, more than a couple) and felt like I was finally coming to terms with my babyless life and previous miscarriage. Then, SURPRISE!
I want morning sickness so bad. I think I could probably talk myself into it if I try hard enough. I want to have that sign that everything is still ok, and I feel like morning sickness could be it.

Hee, hee. I seem to only think I'm pregnant when I'm not! The two times I've been pregnant I was convinced I wasn't. I guess my intuition in this arena is way off.

I too knew I was pregnant...I had felt cramping and thought it was implantation because I NEVER get cramping at that part of my cycle. I had to restrain myself from calling the midwife's office.:lol
inally I could do the home PG test on day 22 of my shortest cycle (25 days--mine fluctuate 25, 26, 28 or 31 days) and had a faint line. The secretary didn't want to believe I was PG because it was so early in the cycle! But the line was there... I had the relaxin gas thing going on, nausea and moodiness so I *knew*....woman's intuition.
But these days I've still got my fingers crossed, hoping for a nice strong PG. Want to take another test to see if that line has gotten stronger. :fingersx:
Here's some good health and strong hormones for all us Jan 08 Mamas :dust

We had been ttc for 8 months, and last month I just knew. There was no way around it. So my :+ didn't really come as a surprise.

well i cant say that i know yet because there hasn't been enough time, but babies have just really been on my mind for a while and my husband and i have had a few incounters this week that are right on schedule for conceiving. we had a miscarriage in november and are not really trying to concieve again, but it would actually be great. hope i get to tell you if my intuition was right soon.

I *knew* I was preggo with #1 and #2. In fact I knew with #2 without even checking the calendar... I just *felt* pregnant. This time around was a bit different. I'm still breastfeeding #2 and my cycles are totally wacko. My LMP was March 7th, and I had some major cramping/pain around the 27th, which I assumed was ovulation... but three pg tests came back neg the second weekend in April... so apparently that wasn't it. I still *knew* I was pregnant though... I just figured I'd ovulated a bit later than I thought. So I decided I'd start taking pg tests every few days until one came back + or until I finally started bleeding. Lo and behold... after I decided this and stocked up on pg tests, the very first one came back postitive on April 24th... I actually wasn't expecting that one to be postitive, so I took another test just to be sure...
I had to figure out my dates based on when I got the :+ and my many :I I'm going with January 2nd, but I'll probably go early. According to *my* due dates with the last two (not the doctors) both my babies came at 39 weeks.

Yeah, I did though I tried telling myself I wasn't since I figured I'm getting older and it was my first month off bc. I knew with the first two as well.

I knew I was pg because I had all my regular symptoms.
I also knew the sex of each of my children and also my sisters children.:lol

I honestly did not know. I knew that my chart indicated it was a good possibility, but I wasn't counting on that. It was truly 19 d.p.o. before I tested. It was the end of the schoolyear, and I just was totally not in tune with my body or anything else, for that matter!
