has this happpened to anyone and how can you prevent that? i had an episiotomy with the first two but with my third i tore up and down. the perineal tear didnt hurt or burn at all and healed great. my labia tear took forever to heal and made relations uncomrfortable for awhile. i'm fine now but i'd like to prevent that if i have another baby.
