I don't really have the money or the time to attend a pregnancy massage class, but have seen several different pregnancy massage videos online.

Do you have a video you like? The Living Arts one looks pretty good. Any others?

I just attended my first birth as a doula. I found myself wishing I knew pregnancy massage techniques, but instead I just rubbed her back and whispered to her mostly. It was a great birth (and wonderful experience) but I want to be able to provide more!

Also, do you have an infant massage video you like?

Thanks everyone!

Madison~

I know that there are some out there. I just received my massage therapy journal and will look to see if there is anything listed.

Ok~Call: 1-800-586-8322 (Carol Osborne-Sheets), she is a pretty well known instructor for pre & perinatal massage. She has a book out and call the phone no. (they are in San Diego, CA, I think) for books, home study or whorkshop schedules.

Also, there is another woman by the name of Kalena (also in CA) who runs a infant massage program that is wonderful. I sponsered a program here in WA. and she is such a wise, gentle woman. I will try to get you her # too. A great infant massage book is by a woman named Vimala McClure.

I know that there are tons of pregnancy & infant massage classes to take, but of course, they cost usually around $500.00. I have taken both and they were extremely helpful.

I will look right now.

Take Care~

Here is Kalena's info.: Her full name is Kalena Babeshoff and her phone no. is: 707-996-3545 & email is info@healthyfamily.org.

Also, here's another website: www.nurturingthemother.com. They have Nurturing the Mother Pre & Perinatal massage classes and a video called "Baby's First Massage" that might be helpful.

Hope I didn't overload you! Good luck and let me know if you need any other info.!

Take Care~
