How far apart will your little ones be? Tristan is almost 11 months old, so mine will be about 19 months apart :)

My first two are 18 months apart, when this one is born my oldest will be 9 and the other will be 7. It seems to be a bit abnormal but I wanted to have my third after the other two were a bit older though I was aiming for the youngest to be 5 not 7. Took me a while to convince my husband to go for a third.

22 months; almost 24 months (this baby is due same month as second child)
it's insanity if you ask me!
after over a decade of i/f tx, it's so bizarre to be fertile and get pg w/o 'trying', ya know? it's very odd being on both sides of the issue.

My boys are 16 months apart. It took us quite a while ttc #3 so this baby will be 3.4 years younger than my youngest. It's going to be quite different and hopefully much easier since I won't have two babies at once this time.

DS will be 31 months old. We had been aiming for them to be 2 years apart, but now I think it was better that it didn't work right away.

My children are 8,6,4, and 21 months. The first 2 are 18 months apart.. then the next gap is 27 months, and I think the next gap is about that.. I don't keep count really and my mind is too frazzled to stop and count it out..but roughly. This next baby should be about the same gap if all goes well.

We planned it this way, so yep, definitely crazy! I really wanted them close in age (my sister and I are the same age gap). I'm sure the first few years will be tough, but hopefully they'll get along and be best friends as they grow up (that may be wishful thinking though).

I'm right there with you guys on the crazy train. #1 and #2 are only 12 months and 1 day apart. We didn't plan for that, but I LOVE that they're so close. #2 and #3 will be 19 months apart... and we were trying... not actively charting, but we were kind of hoping for another one soon.
So, we're totally crazy. :lol

DS will be 2.5 when this baby is born. We were kind of hoping for closer to 3 years apart but I'm sure it will all work out.
dd will be 3 1/2. . That's just the way it worked out. I wanted them closer, but wasn't ready to ttc until last spring. And then it took a while. I wish they were going to be closer, but c'est la vie.

My first two and 2yrs 8mos apart and this time there will be a gap of about 3yrs 5 mos. I wanted them closer together but my ds2 was a very intense baby so I needed a little time to recover before doing the baby thing again.

DD will be 8 when this babe comes. I really didn't plan to space them out that far, but it happens. We don't plan on spacing out anymore children this far. DD is so loving this pregnancy and it is really cool to know that she will remember the birth and nursing and babyhood of her younger sister.

Not quite the topic for this thread, but the right group of people---expecting, with kids. I wasn't sure how much my 26-mo was listening when I told him about the new baby, but about a week later he shocked me with this conversation:
DS: "Mommy, babies no cry?"
ME: "Sometimes babies cry, because they don't know how to talk yet. They cry when they need us to help them feel better"
DS: "I have a baby in my's mommy's belly"
ME: "That's true"
DS: "Baby pops out?"
ME: "Well, it'll be a long time, but the baby will pop out"
DS: "POP! And nurse?"
ME: "Yes, babies can't eat food yet, so they need LOTS of nursies to help them grow"
DS: "I need nursies to grow too?"
ME: "Yes, nursies help children grow bigger"
DS: "YAY NURSIES!!"
I about busted a gut in surprise and giggles. I didn't think he got it quite that much. I told him about the baby, but I left it at that. He's obviously thinking about it a lot, though. He brings up the baby at least once a day now, usually in connection to nursing.
On Sunday, though, when the morning milk was all gone (I think my supply is starting to dip already) he was convinced that the baby drank all of his milk! :lol
On the same lines as PP - sweet things your children say:
We told A. that she was going to have a brother or sister and she said she wanted both. I said babies usually only come one at a time, so she could only have one or the other. She got this sad look on her face and said "but I want both" and pouted.
She also keeps telling me I am a good mommy. It's sweet.
I found pictures of fetuses on the internet (warning, do not just google this with your kid watching, there's some pretty gross stuff out there. In fact, maybe get somebody else to do it for you, so you don't have to see either.). She thought that was pretty cool. I told her that the baby was as big as a raisin, and later she was pretending to hold the baby and it was as big as a raisin.
Aren't kids fun??

Mine will be 3yrs2mo, and 4 1/2. We timed this one just right I think. The first two were 16mo apart so we wanted to wait awhile for another.

My dd will be 3.5 years old when this baby is born. It feels to be the right amount of spacing for us. :)
My DD will be almost 3 (34 months) when #2 is born. It feels just right.
Funny thing, even before I POAS last week, she spontaneously started talking about "Mommy having a baby brother/sister!" We had never even had this convo with her before!

Wow SMS! That's remarkable that she started thinking about it. The timing must be right. My son will be the same age as your daughter when this new one is born.

My DD will be right at 4.5 years...
3 years of infertility kept them farther apart than I had planned but I'm actually happy it's working out this way now.

My first two are 21 months apart, and this one will come about a week before #2s 3rd birthday and the other one will be 4, so almost 3 years. I am really glad there is this much room between them. INfact, I would have liked to have even more room between them :D I am scared of having 3 under 5!

:lol I know exactly what you mean... I'm going to have 3 under 3 for about 5 months. :dropjaw
The really super crazy thing is that we kind of planned this... and will probably have another one before DD#1 is 5...
