View Full Version : Anyone else completely unable to believe...
I'm stumped! Despite mounting evidence otherwise (STILL no AF, several BFPs) I really can't bring myself to believe I might actually be pregnant! maybe it comes from months of trying, but it's just not REAL yet. Anyone else??
At what point does it become real?? Probly when I start puking all over the place!

For me it really became true and real the first time I heard the heartbeat. That was it for me. It became the most real when I started feeling him move. I'm so excited for that to all happen with this one :)

Oh yeah. I totally expected to get my period this weekend. I'm not really nauseous yet, but I have every other symptom under the sun. Perhaps I'm just lucky?
I tried for 6 months, and had a m/c in December, so I hear you on the not believing. I just wanna hear that heartbeat.

So the next morning I took another and yep two lines. So I would say Yes I am pregnant Hubby said so after the first two ..I still want to go out and get another just to make sure! I have symptoms though and have been feeling quite nauseas in he morning, craving weird things, and very very tired.

It still isn't real for me either. I keep checking for AF. I am a little nervous because of a previous m/c so I have to keep telling myself that everything is ok. I don't have any real symptoms - My mw said if they can't hear a hb at the first appt to mention my worries to the nurse and she will pop me in for a quick u/s. That is when it will be real for me, I think.

Everytime I go to the bathroom I have to look at the paper cause I'm expecting to see af. And I know I'll continue to do that up until 15 or so weeks.

sitll isn't real for me.
I"m 7 weeks today.
No m/s - no real symptoms except for tender nipples (not all the time either).
I thought things would change after my first u/s but they only saw the yolk sac, no fetal ple yet.. so it's still not real to me.
I think when I finally see the heartbeat is when it'll be real for me and it'll sink in.

the heartbeat is what really convinced me during my last pregnancy. Now I just *know*.

I feel like it isnt really happening and also keep checking for bleeding. I am still taking my temp too, so I know it is staying up. I am a little paranoid from a previous m/c. I will have a u/s on wed, Iknow everything is fine right now, but I want to see it being fine. You know?
I am nauseous right now. I love it. It makes it feel real!

Yep, I'm pretty much in total disbelief, hence I haven't posted here yet :lol
I tested positive about a week ago, but my symptoms are really tame (mildly tender breasts, thirsty, peeing a lot). Definitely not seeming real.
I'm glad I'm not alone! I have a whole bunch of cheap OPKs that I keep peeing on (since I'm out of real tests.) It's nice to keep seeing that double line!

Random fact: According to peeonastick.com... the Dollar Tree tests have the lowest false positive rate of any home pregnancy test...
