Rookie Question (Possible TMI)

Hi ladies!
Okay, I have a bit of a rookie question about spotting. Today I'm 5w 4d and I noticed a little bit of light brownish CM when I wiped. Have any of you experienced this? I did phone the nurse at my OB's office and she didn't seem concerned at all (said it was implantation related and very common, but to call back if I have period-like bleeding and cramps, which I don't).

I guess it would just make me feel better if I wasn't the only one who had this going on. :)

I have had this spotting with most of my pregnancies.. around weeks 6 through 8.. you can have it when the placenta burrows deeper into the uterine lining. This is my 5th pregnancy and I haven't had it with this one yet, but I am on the look out for it.

I spotted a tiny bit of brown with this pregnancy during week 4. I assume it was implantation spotting as well.

I had some on Sunday, but was told it was nothing to worry about here. I had my previously scheduled u/s yesterday (PCOS mama) and everything looked ok, so the RE figures it was just from the placenta making new connections.

I have had the same thing on and off. It is always very light and then goes away soon after. I had the same thing the first few months with dd. It seems to be pretty common. I think you need to look out for heavy bleeding and cramping, but a small amount of spotting usually isn't anything to worry about too much. But I am right there with you mama.
