... I'm in so much pain! Its not wild sex either, lol. Afterwards though, for pretty much the rest of the day I am in pain. I'm not sure how to describe it, but my legs from the knees up mostly (but my whole legs sometimes), and my "down there" parts HURT so much. It feels better if I sit down, but if I'm standing or doing anything but sitting, the pressure is just too much and I have to sit. After we have sex I try to lay still and relax for quite awhile to see if that helps at all, and when I'm having the pain I try to sit and put my feet up frequently, but its still pretty bad. I haven't asked my Dr about it yet because I forgot, lol, but the other day it was awful and I told DH that we can only have sex at night because then I rest all night and I dont have the pain the next morning. Does anyone know what the heck I'm talking about or what it might be??? I'm not sure how else to descirbe the pain, but pressure and that it feels better to sit down... I'm sorry if this is way tmi to be posting here, but I need some help!

Maybe pinched nerves or something????
Is it way over the line to suggest you just take a break from sex for a while? :duck:
He can take care of himself (and so can you) and give your innards a break!

how far along are you?
That happened to me, in fact, it still happens to me and I'm about 30wks. It went away a little during the middle tri, but it's back:gloomy: In the beginning i felt SO SORE, like i had really long sex all night, but i felt like that after about 5 minuets. It's a different kind of hurt now, the best way for me to describe it is uncomfortable, not enjoyable, painful, take your pick.
From what I've gathered, there are a ton of new blood vessels being formed, their much closer to the surface of you skin also your skin is extra extra sensitive down there. The thing that worked for me was using a lot of lub and getting him really ready before sex started, that way he didn't last as long....
good luck!

I'm 29 weeks, so about the same. At least someone else is going through this too, I just thought the same thing, that its the blood vessels, but then it was just so bad the other day you start to wonder if something is wrong ya know!

That happens to me if I have sex during the day during pregnancy. As best as I can tell, it's due to increased blood flow to the area. If I stick to night time sex, the effect is largely worn off by the next morning.

I would also suggest you treat yourself like you have vaginal variscosities (sorry about the possible misspelling) and look up things that help.
Like putting your legs up on the wall so your vagina is higher than your heart/head. You rest your back/shoulders/neck on pillows and stay there a few minutes (inversion).
Comfrey tea bags as compresses might help after sex too. And basically doing anything that helps your circulation like drinking alfalfa in your loose leaf tea, etc..
