I amposting this here because If I did conceive my babys due date is Feb. 14. AF is 1 day over due. I took a HPT from the dollar store, got a BFN.
How soon would it take to get a postive. Could I be pregnant?
I am very gassy, have back pain, I always get zits before AF but have none, I am very tired.
Could these be symptoms?
Could the test have been wrong?
My DH and I have been TTC for soooo long and he is just as excited as I am that AF is not here. Any advice from anyone?

I have had really shady run ins with tests...I am now preggers with #2 and both times I finally got BFP was with clear blue easy digital tests...

the ones that say "Pregnant" or 'Not Pregnant"

really they seem to work best for me.

Your symptoms are very promising...I am sending you :dust

The test could be wrong: it can take anything up to 18dpo to feel confident in a result. In the end, time will tell ;)

wait 48 hours to test again and make sure it's first morning pee. HCG levels usually double in 48hours and should have enough HCG for a positive. Unless you are a late ovulator and it could take a bit longer.

Good luck honey.

I'd just wait a few days and test again. You could have ovulated later than you think. Baby could have taken a day or two extra to implant. It's not an exact thing, after all. It's very hard to wait, but in time you'll be positive or start a new cycle.

Good Luck!!
