Has anyone had brown spotting?

Hi all!
I am about 5 weeks pregnant and I started spotting brown today. I understand that a lot of women sometimes spot and it's okay, so I am hoping it is not a miscarraige. Has anyone else had light brown spotting also?:(

I am approx 4 weeks and 4 days and started having brown spotting today with some mild cramping. Hang in there, hoping for the best!

I haven't w/ my last 3 pregnancies but w/ my first I had quite a bit of pink spotting that lasted on and off for about 2wks which is why I didn't really think I was preggo so it was a shock when the doc walked in and told me I was def preggo LOL....

Well, it's good to hear a few women are going through this. I took the blood test yesterday to test my levels, so I will probably find out Monday if they are abnormal...
