Is anyone else really dizzy?

I'm a mere 4 weeks pregnant, and the past 2-3 days I've been extremely dizzy. I was dizzy with my son, too, but I don't think it started until much later. The weird thing about it is, I don't just get dizzy when I , say, stand up from sitting or bend over or something. I am usually just standing there, and this wave comes over me and I feel like I"m going to faint. I hope this is normal. Does anyone else feel like this?

I had major vertigo with my first and now with this one. I'm not sure what's causing it right now, though; I'm guessing that it has to do with dehydration and nausea, though. I feel as though there's no possible way to drink enough water, I"m never sated... could be causing some minor blood pressure issues which in turn would lead to vertigo.

Just rambling. I might just be dizzy all the time because I'm in shock... :o

Give it time. I passed out three or four times around implantation and the week after- two weeks down the line, and I'm merely lying prostrate on the bathroom floor praying for a spot of unconsciousness to make the nausea go away...

I feel dizzy as well, and I had it with both previous babies and it carried over with them nursing. I would have to agree that some of it has to do with not drinking enough water. Right now I am so quesy that the thought of drinking water makes me ill:( I just keep on trying to remember when I started feeling better, hopefully it doesn't last long.:shrug

I did yesterday. Today I'm just so exhausted I can't function. I don't remember being this tired with my DD so I'm hoping this means it'll pass soon.

Last week I was feeling fine, but I have now hit the 6 week marker and I believe that my symptoms are kicking in. I feel very sleepy during the day, wake up several times during the night to pee, and then have a lot of trouble falling back asleep, I am noticing smells more, and have not felt totally nauseated but more like queezy. Although the symptoms are icky I welcome them!
