Malta?

Sooo I want to go lay on a beach. I checked out a travel agency, and they have what appears to be an affordable package to the island of Malta.

Has anyone been there? How much does it cost to eat per day? (Two adults, one toddler)

DH and I went once when we were still dating. It's very nice, the people are friendly, the food is fantastic, we had a good time. Although, I thought the beaches in Cyprus were nicer. Actually, a lot of the beaches in Malta are the rock kind (which I don't like), although I believe there are a few sand beaches if you look for them. Eating isn't cheap, but it is also not outrageously expensive--and if your hotel package includes breakfasts, then you will only need to eat out for dinner which will make it more affordable.
