I have strep! So I'm on cepholosporin (sp?) and just took my 3rd dose. I started probiotics with and been taking two tabs with every dose of my meds.

1st off; am I taking the probiotics correctly? I think I read somewhere that I'm supposed to take the probiotics 3 hrs after any antibiotics. Also, im not sure if I'm taking enough or maybe too much.

2: I think my supply is decreasing as I haven't been having let downs since noon today. He's nursing more and unsatisfied:( Should I powerpump or maybe start up some fenugreek?

TIA!

Take your antibiotics and probiotics on a rotation, not at the same time. We can help you determine if you are taking the correct amount if you tell us the current dosage.

I would make sure you are getting enough calories and fluids, and resting for supply as a first line of defense. The other things may help too. It is probably just because you are sick, as you get better your supply will increase again.

it's 1billion lives cells in a tab. So you're saying I should be redecorating my house then LOL. I've been none stop for the last week or so because I didn't feel sick (still don't). Only had a little bit of a sore throat that came and went and if it wasn't for the dizziness I wouldn't have gone to the doc.

When you say rotate; should I be taking the probiotics between doses? I'm taking 500 mg 2x's a day so that would be 6 hrs after my dose I should take my probiotics?

TIA
