I've had horrible vertigo and dizzyness all day long. This morning after nursing Molly Anne I moved my head and the entire room started to spin. Soon after that I had to run to the bathroom to vomit. :(
I was horribly ill until around noon and then felt a bit better.
The dizzyness hasn't left, though.
I finally took my BP and it was 96/44.
Anyone else dealing with this????
I never felt this way with my first two.

Sounds like my symptoms exactly. When I went in for my cst session this week, the therapist said my head was weighed a ton and it indicated a problem with venous return (too much blood/lymph in my head). It cleared up a lot afterwards. I'm still dry heaving but I feel better immediately afterward (as opposed to lasting all day). I'm having difficulty with the humidity and associated smells.

I felt really icky after my nap, but felt better when I ate half an avocado. Sometimes it's a matter of getting too hungry (I think I got hungry while I was asleep, and then didn't eat, because duh, sleeping).

i know how hard this is. Yesterday, 3 of the 5 food items that i have been able to keep down have revolted on me and now i'm forced to try new things. I tried the seabands, wear them a lot, they help a little. I tried b6, which did nothing but make me gag as the pill itself had a nasty taste.
My BP is always very low, in general. about what you posted is the norm for me. same with body temperature. If it's not a normal status for you to be in that range, you'll definitely feel it!
One trick I learned last time is if you start to feel nausea or feel dizzy, it helps to run cold water on the inside of your wrist. Or put your head in the freezer and breathe some cold air, sometimes that helps me too.
If you haven't yet tried it, I'd get seabands, keep crackers by your bed. Another thing that helped me, and I hate to do it but it's a class A drug, is diphenhydramine (Benadryl). My doc says its ok, and i know some women try Unisom. I've had horrid allergies with the pollen the last few weeks and was taking diphenhydramine and because of preggy-brain i didn't notice that when i took it, food stayed in me longer. Last night I took one, ate a few pretzels and they stayed put, and this morning when i got up i took one (bottle says one pill every 4 hours, I do like 1 pill every 8 or so), ate a few crackers in bed, and for the first time in a week I am not worshiping the porcelain god first thing in the day.
Good luck! I hope your diziness subsides soon. Another thing that helps if you can stomach it is juice, like OJ. hth.

Today has been the worst for me, so far. I woke up all sore... and green around the gills. :sick
And the worst part is today is moving day. I SHOULD be packing and cleaning. But before DH left for work he told me to lay down for the the next two hours while he is gone. "NO PACKING or CLEANING" he said. :(
I wanna go home. :gloomy:

Oh, Orly, I can't imagine moving now!!
I had a repeat of yesterday - amplified. My breakfast made an exit as well as the original upset.
The dizziness stayed again until around noon and now I just feel weak and tired.
DH stayed home from work for about an hour to help out. Luckily he did because I needed him to bring me a bowl for the breakfast exit. :(
DS stepped in and played with his little sis while I rested a while.
I cannot wait until this phase has passed. I keep telling the baby how much we love him/her and can't wait to see him/her.
I've had fabulous pregnancies before and hope this is a short phase!

I keep telling the baby how much we love him/her and can't wait to see him/her.
My husband keeps talking to my belly in the mornings saying things like, "Baby, I know you are excited to see momma but take your time growing. You are making momma sick, baby!"
It's the only way to start these "Blah" mornings. It makes me smile.
