teething biscuits

looking for a good recipe for teething biscuits. no sugar or wheat? any ideas? Thanks:D

I used one with my dd that had black strap molassas (sugar but sugar rich in iron) and rice ceral. they stayed together and were quite tastey. they had milk but I just subbed breastmilk.

I am looking forward o getting some reipies. I have never been able to find the one I used.
