The only way I know how to describe how I felt is: you know those restless leg syndrome commercials that are always on describing how RLS makes your legs feel? Well I woke up in the middle of the night and practically my whole body felt that way, especially my low back. It was really weird. I felt jittery and like I needed to move my body and like I had the creepy crawlies. The only thing that helped was rubbing my back and laying in child's pose, rocking. DH claims I had this with my last pregnancy but I dont remember that.
Is this totally weird? Anyone heard of anything like this?

Not wierd. RLS can happen during pregnancy!
Possible culprits I've heard of can include iron or folate deficiency, low magnesium or potassium, low blood sugar, caffeine, or circulation problems. My yoga instructor recommends stretching your legs/calves before bed. You could also try eating something rich in magnesium or potassium before bed, like a banana (this helps for calf cramps at night, too). Warm baths can supposedly help as well.

I take a liquid cal-mag supplement before bed. Even with that, I have restless legs for about 15 minutes. (Probably need to up the supplement.)
I also take Epsom salt baths before bed, but I haven't been doing that as much in the summer. (too hot)
Last night, the restless feeling extended to my arms and back. First time that happened, so I may, indeed, increase the supplement.

I do have some Natural Calm Magnesium powder. What is the proper dosage when pregnant?

Sounds like you have pressure on some nerves that don't like it. Bummer!
I get the RLS stuff during pregnancy and I know a ton of mamas who also do. Eat some bananas and take Calcium/Magnesium Citrate at night before bed.
