pregnancy and chicken pox...

My neighbour has chicken pox. I commute with her husband. Being pregnant, I wonder if I should find a different ride home for a while. I've had chicken pox, but obviously the baby hasn't yet.

as far as i know, you have to get the disease for the baby to be affected. The virus cannot do anything to the baby without affecting you first.
Contracting chicken ox gives inmunity most of the times.
I work in a school and we had many kids sick with me pregnant. But if you can avoid possible contact, its always better.

Turns out it is a moot point. Her husband is taking the week off work to take care of her and the kids, so I won't be commuting with him anyway. Bless his soul!
