Hi, I'm currently 7w4d PG and due 4/21.

This past week has been horrible for morning sickness, so I started taking 25mg of vitamin B6 in the morning (first thing after I get sick) and then again around 4 to 5pm.

I've been doing this regimen for 4 days now and starting today I haven't felt sick or thrown up, my boobs aren't as tender and I just feel "good". It's scaring the wits out of me. This happened with my 1st PG that ended in my 11th week....BUT, I hadn't taken B6.

Does B6 really work this well? I have an u/s tomorrow (scheduled weeks ago - I'm high risk for ectopic and several other complications) so I know we will know soon, I'm just freaking out at the moment. Any words of advice?

Thanks!

yes, it does! it works WONDERS, especially if you combine it with 25mg of unisom.

after four m/c, i had a really precarious and horrible pregnancy...and took that dosage every four hours religiously, every single day, up until delivery. it's the ONLY thing that allowed me to even sit up, let alone eat.

I started taking 50mg 1x day very early in pregnancy and still do so (I am now 30w4d). It has definitely helped me keep food down.
