I just noticed that Maya adjustables are on sale because they are being discontinued. There are no larges left, but I don't know if a medium would fit my husband and I. We are both essentially the same size, around 5'6", both fit in medium size unisex t-shirts (in womens shirts I tend to be a large or XL because of my chest).
Any opinions on sizing or the wraps themselves?

Hope I didn't cause any confusion.

Maybe try posting this on the babywearing forum.
FWIW, I have a Maya ring sling, so not a pouch, but its a Med. and I'm 5'7" and wear XL tops too. It fits both Dh (5'9) and I just fine, I certainly wouldn't want one any larger.

I have a large maya wrap pouch, and it is BIG. I am 5 foot tall, so short, but much larger than you, about a plus size 20/22, about 200 pounds, and the large is big on me. I use it on the smallest setting, usually.
So, going by that, I'd say the medium would be just right for you.
what does the MW sizing info say?

My Maya Wrap Pouch is a large.
I am 5'7". 230lbs after birth. (at least last time around :lol )
I found the large to be a good fit, but definitely a little on the big side. Good for holding baby while walking, little low for sitting-baby was on my lap at that point. I washed it in hot water to shrink it up a bit and it still is a little loose. So I think a medium would probably be just right on you.
I want to add for clarification that I used the pouch right away since I was not confident with the ring sling yet. I thought the fit was perfect. By the time DD was 3 months I got the hang of the ring sling and realized I would like DD a bit higher.
