Can somebody please share with me how to make a dream pillow?

I would also like to know how to make those things (sorry for the technical terms LOL!!) that you heat up in the microwave/oven. They are like dream pillows but you use them as a heating pad, KWIM?? I know that my description isn't very clear

Thanks for your help!!:D

I got some instructions with a recipe in a book in my bedroom. Saffron's asleep so I can;t get it now, but will later. The basic deal is you make a fabric pillow case & stuff it with herbs & sew the gap up. I think the ones you do in the microwave, you stuff with rice(?) Besides pillows, you can tuck lavender or dried herbs into homemade dolls too :D

I just made dd a Big cuddly stuffed Pillow shaped the like the first letter of her first name and I packed it with wool and lavender!

She is noly 17 months, but she picks it up and smells it and it is so cute!

For baby/child to sleep on, to get a good nights sleep:

Equal parts of each (2 Tablespoons):
mugwort, lavendar, chamomile, hops, calendula, rose, & spearmint.
Put in small bag, sew shut, & insert into a homemade pillow.

Sweet dreams!
