So I've been feeling really icky lately, like I'm going to puke but I havent puked yet. Really tired, and a lot of food aversions. Well today I'm still a little sick to my stomach, a few food aversions, but NOTHING like I've been having. And I'm crampy. But I could be crampy because DS and I have had diarrhea since last night. But I just feel sad :( Is it normal for morning sickness to vary day to day in severity? I remember when I miscarried I woke up and all my symptoms were just gone. What do you think? Thanks Mamas.

Mine seems to. Some days I feel off, others I don't. I am not sure if that's normal or not, though...I would think it would build up to a peak and then taper off to the odd day (that's what it did for me last time). I am trying not to worry about it. If it will reassure you, I hope you feel sick again soon (that sounds odd!)

When I m/c, it was just like you described ... the symptoms went from full-on raging to completely disappearing; all within a few hours. With dd, I felt awful all the time, but there was one day when I felt totally normal. Didn't feel sick, didn't feel tired, didn't feel any of the stuff I'd been feeling. I completely freaked out, as I was sure I was going to m/c again. Well, I didn't, and started feeling like utter hell again the next day.
I think it's just really hard to say. Symptoms disappearing can indicate an impending m/c. But it's also possible for them to come and go and fluctuate (for me it was just one day, but I have friends who had them come and go all through the first tri).
I hope it's the latter for you :hug.

Thank you. That makes me feel a lot better that other people have noticed the fluctuations. I just love this baby so much!!
