Not sure if this is the right forum but I'll give it a try. I'm part of a co-operative nurseryschool, and we are trying to find a more natural soap for the kids' handwash. We have to have dispensers by law (in CA) and currently are using Waxie which makes a foam that the kids love.
So... we're looking at Dr. Bronners but I have 2 questions I have to answer to make it work.
1. I know the peppermint soap stings the eyes a lot so that's out. Anyone have experience w/ the others? The Web site says even the sensitive skin type needs to stay out of eyes. Now, I'm pretty sure the Waxie stuff isn't tear-free but I can't bring in something a lot worse b/c our preschoolers, at least, sometimes splash soap in their eyes or friends' eyes.
2. Anyone know of a dispenser that will dispense Dr. Bronners? The Waxie soap dispenser only takes its own sealed (and very expensive) containers. I'm thinking there might be something where you pour the soap in and screw the top on or something like that. It would really need to be wall-mountable or else it'd be all over the yard. Also, foaming would be nice but not necessary.
Also, any other soap suggestions that work in business settings with kids are most welcome.
Thank you!
Mia
