How's life in Juneau these days? I am considering a move there and would love any info - particularly regarding midwifery and anyones experience with either homebirth, birth center, or hospital. It sounds like a rather expensive place to live; is this true for both summer and winter? Any info is appreciated! (I am in Oregon right now so I think I am prepared for the weather...is this a presumtuous thought?!!)
