Hi all im new here, I would Like to Thank *Nicke* for sending me your way!! Thankx babe!!
Im a single mom of 1 boy Corey he is 12 and has disabilities, ADHD / OCD BIPOLAR. And we are both still alive!! weeeeeeeee.
Sorry for the joke but i can i made it happen lol. sorry if it bothers some. but i need a sence of humor.:p
i live in southern nh on mass boarder. And i travel to the beach and other places, close by for the water.
Corey and i had a long winter as i Home schooled him with the help of a tutor, for the most part of 6th grade, and he spent the last month of it at his school to graduate with his friends, and so they didnt have to pay for the tutor any longer!! but he did graduate!! yippeeeeeeeee. And now he goes to 7th grade junior High! gawd help them. im sure it will be a battle in the beginin, and a lot of phone calls and meetings, witch i will bring my sons councelor of 7 years with me as i always do!! < big hint all. i never go to meetings with out her . i make all appts. around her.
she is the one person that has Coreys best at heart and only Corey, not what is easiest for the school. So remember that.
If any of you gals or guys have the means to get a councelor for your child , with or with out disabilities, please do because they know things we could not even come close to guessin!! believe me i know.....
also i have learned so much over my 12 year battle of the wits with corey and the school system !!! i may be able to help with hits and helps that worked for me and others, including Schools that tell u things that maybe not as true as they say or a lil off as they dont want to do the work , meaning they dont have time, especialy the grade schools, they are over crowded and dont have the means for the special needs kids!!! trust me on that!!
even if u think its a stupid question!! please just ask me really. I didnt ask cuz i thought there gonna think im nuts!! and it was the best Q's of them all. so u never know.
