Groningen

Hi,

I wondered whether anyone lives in Groningen. DH has just been offered a job there. I would like to hear what it is like to live there. I am really apprehensive about the thought of moving there.

We now live in Amsterdam and all speak Dutch.

My DH had a lot of work in Groningen, and I LOVE it there! It's a FABULOUS college town, full of life, funky shops, a wonderful museum, really friendly people. It's colder and windier than Amsterdam--that was the biggest downside to me.
