I got a giant bottle of this to try. I just started taking it today. Right now I am so nauseated that everything makes me feel like crap. Hopefully it will pass soon!

I'll let you know if it helps!

I believe More Milk Two is made for nursing while pg (hence the "Two" part to it) and I believe it has goats rue instead of fenugreek.

It is safe. It is specifically made for nursing while pregnant. I'm taking it also! I was on More Milk Plus before my pregnancy so the MM2 doesn't help as much but it's better than nothing.

Are you sure it's safe? I haven't looked at that one, but most are not safe for buns. Often it's because of fenugreek, but not always.
Yep.

Just wanted to bump this thread. I really think that it helps a lot. But it makes me gag every time still. I have tried mixing it and chasing it. Anyone have something to put this in???

as far as I can tell from the website, the only thing in it is raspberry leaf, nettle leaf, alfalfa leaf. Is that right? I already have all that on hand....

How about in some juice - dark juice like grape or cider so you are less likely to taste it?

Yeah, and I already take alfalfa. It really seems to help me. If I don't take it I notice a big drop. So maybe it is just the additional alfalfa that is helping in it. Who knows.

Yeah, I tried it in cranberry juice. It was still pretty awful. I will try more juice next time.

From the bottle sitting in my cabinet currently:

More Milk Two: fresh raspberry leaf, nettle leaf, and alfalfa leaf extract in distilled water, 33-43% grain alcohol, and vegetable glycerin.

I used to mix with a few T's of water and drink...while holding my breath due to scent aversions while pregnant.

Hope it works for all of you!

Thanks! What does it do? Increase milk production? :lol Is that a stupid question?

Yup, it's to help production.

The grain alcohol would definitely make me sick.

****ew, even the thought!*****

Karen, try grape juice, cranberry is clear juice, I don't think that would diguise it much.

I noticed it help me a lot when I took it before too.

Right now I take other herbs/tinctures that are in alcohol bases too... but a small dropper just has to be ok, and so far, as long as I can get my gag reflex to chill so I can swallow it fast, so far so good. The day it stayed in my mouth I had to spit it out. Ick.

Oops, I just got a faint + test :dizzy: . That would explain why my milk supply has tanked the past week. Guess I'll be needing to seriously start using my More Milk Two again...and it explains why my 15mo has been refusing to nurse this past week and has only been taking expressed milk mixed with rice milk :( .

I'll test again tomorrow morning with first morning urine, but if it's positive again, I guess I'll be a month behind you all.

Julie - I can never believe how close in ages our children are!

I guess I should be thankful... I'm 8.5 weeks and I don't think my milk supply has taken much of a hit yet. Then again, DS doesn't nurse a ton...
