Any symptoms yet?

Hi all

I'm just excited to be posting here..


Just wondering if anyone has had any symptoms yet. I read the other thread about feeling bloated. Any other newly expectant mommies going thru any?

As for me... nothing really (yet??) I've been feeling a little warm, but its warm here in So Cal, so that shouldn't be out of the ordinary. I can't wait to share all our experiences.:D:love

No nothing new here either! Except for a couple dizzy spells...but that's it! DD2 is still nursing and it doesn't even bother me one bit!

Just some sore boobies. But not all the time, they feel really sore for a minute and then it goes away. And just a few times a day at that.

My 2 year old is still nursing, a lot, but it is getting quite painful. Also, even though it is very early, I can tell that there is already a decrease in the amount of milk, because he has been sucking really hard and biting. :yikes: Oddly, my milk had seemed to have begun diminishing on its own before I got pregnant; I'm sad that my son may ended up weaning before he is truly ready. :( Other than that, I don't feel any other symptoms yet. I was super sleepy the first two weeks, but that seems to have passed for now; I am sure it will be back soon. :lol

I was a little more nauseated a few days ago then I am now, but milk in the morning is totally turning me off. I'm puffy all over, gassy, tired (although I think I also have a cold), starting to break out a bit and the boobs are big and sore. This morning I started smelling some odd things... bananas were icking me out!

Still waiting for my second progesterone level to come back... but in the meantime, I'll take the symptoms!

My food intake is much better this time around and I'm feeling so good... not even leg swelling which is the bane of my pregnancies (and usually starts immediately). I hope this continues :).

one thing I have been noticing. My face feels really warm. Like, that warm where your about to get sick... except I don't have the "flu like symptoms" with it. Just the unusually warm part. Is that normal or has anyone else felt that way?

I'm warm, too--I didn't realize it could be a pg symptom so I thought I was just losing my mind! But I'm also already having nausea and sore breasts--I'll be so happy if I can have less m/s than last time. (I had HG and was sick for probably 6 months, and sorta queasy the rest of the time.)

I've had a metallic taste in my mouth, sore breasts, some nausea and perhaps some bloating, I'm not sure if it is pregnancy related or just I've been overeating in the past couple weeks because I was feeling anxious about the wait :lol

A little warm on occasion, but not as much. No sore boobs. No nausea (not that I'm complaining tho :innocent), although I guess no AF is a big one!!

I don't know if it counts as a symptom, per se, but I'm spotting, which is pretty typical for me. And yesterday, I had the faintest nipple tenderness. but that was before I tested this morning and got a BFP, so I was convinced it was just wishful thinking. Happy to be wrong!

I peed on the stick and felt sick ever since! Its a constant state of nausia/starvation. I dont want to eat but eating makes me feel better. Its really annoying and i dont remember it being so constant with my others. I am also so gassy! And last but not least extreamly tired! I could sleep all day if i didnt have 4 kiddos to run after.

And to top it all off my husband was working in So. Cal. setting up communications in the badly burned areas and then he came home for half a day to pack and leave for a 2 week elk hunting trip in ORegon. So i am a single, newly pregnant, sick, tired, cranky, Mom!!! Sorry kids!

Yeah, that constant nausea and tiredness thing does NOT make a good mama--and that's with my husband coming home every night. I can't imagine it if I were by myself. It's bad enough doing my job and trying to keep our house running, too.

I am right there with you....but have been a little "cold" lately which not like me or my other 4 pregnancies....dd2 is still nursing and it still doesn't bother me yet...but my cousin SWEARS that when she was preggo with her son she didn't have ANY symptoms at all until 7 weeks.

oy~I had my DD five years ago and didn't know I was PG until I took the test. My periods were extremely irregular and she was, though very much hoped for, very unexpected. I cruised through 9 mos with nary a symptom other than an excessive lack of breath and sensitivity to smell, each which subsided after the first 3 months.
This time around I've been nauseated since conception though I didn't know it at the time and I, too have been either nauseated or really hungry pret' near every day. I am super tired and really hot at night, with sore boobies as well as crampy/bloated abdomen.
I guess I'm making up for such a breezy first go round...that and I'm about 6 years older~
Hope to find some relief here soon. I guess I've got about another 2 months left of this fun and then new symptoms will arise. but also the first trimester fears.

I am in the no symptom boat. Unless you count already showing a symptom! This is my 2nd and with my first I was the same way. I had a hard time really believing I was pregnant for about a month. But I am thankful for none of the yucky stuff! Good luck to all the mamas not feeling well...

LOL!! I hope I don't have that this time!! Last time I had to FORBID dh from eating at a certain resturant because for some reason he always smelled of whatever he ate(which happened to be something I didn't like!) ICK!!

Bigger, fuller, swollen feeling breasts. Tender breasts and sore nipples. Slight queasy feeling that come and goes. I didn't have any morning sickness with ds, so this is a new feeling. Some cravings. I was craving orange juice several days ago, before I knew for sure, and I usually don't buy or drink OJ. Salad dressing has tasted too vinegery-even my favorite goddess dressing. During my early pregnancy with my son I actually craved vinegery foods, so this is the total opposite. I couldn't eat a chocolate croisant last night, and I usually have such a sweet tooth that I eat anything sweet thing in front of me.

Not too much here. I'm only 4 weeks so I think a lot of symptoms will be starting over the next week or so. I have been getting that little bit of extra saliva in my mouth with a yucky feeling so I know the nausea is probably on it's way. I'd like to say I wish for no nausea but considering I had it pretty bad throughout my last two pregnancies I will probably take no nausea as a bad sign for me. I've felt light-headed a few times and today is the first day that I've felt tired which is why I'm going to lie down now while dd is napping :lol.

Dizziness (thought I have been dizzy for about 2 months so not sure on that one)
VERY mild queasiness-not even enough to say morning sickness
other then that I feel pretty good. Not really even to tired really which is good cause I have 2 other DC's.

I didn't have any symptoms with my son until 7 weeks.

The boobies are still sore and you can add a touch of nausia. I did dive into my sons holloween stash last night, so that might be the 'nausia' I'm feeling too.

I can't believe it but I'm queazy already, my boobs hurt ( I am nursing a baby too but still), I'm SUPER tired. I've never, EVER had symptoms this early. Usually around 8 wks I start feeling sickly. I'm a little worried. My test came back super dark only 10 dpo so who knows. Maybe twins? No THAT would be something :lol:yikes::lol

Is anyone else finding themselves a little...ahem... more moist than usual? It doesn't itch or burn or anything, just a little unpleasant as the day goes on. I superstitiously am resisting pulling out a lunapad, just because.

Thank goodness!!! I thought I was on my own with that too. The first few days I was freaking out thinking that I might be spotting or something, but I've mostly figured out that this is just 'the new normal', as they say. When I was looking at lunapanties on the lunapads site I had no idea what they were talking about, and figured, huh, must be some third trimester thing. Now, I think I might revisit it. :lol

Hmm, well this sounds weird but I KNEW I was pg when I started dropping things. With my last pg, I had to use a sippy cup and all plastic dishes because I was SO clumsy and always spilling everything... it was pathetic. So last week when I dropped something and SQUATTED THREE TIMES BEFORE MY HAND WAS ABLE TO GRAB IT AND PICK IT UP, I knew. ;)

Other than that, if I wait too long to eat I get that starving-nausea. Otherwise I feel great.

As long as I'm always within two feet of a bathroom ;)

ETA: that, and my sex drive is actually "there" for the first time in almost 2 years... last pg I didn't even want to be breathed on.

ok, I think this is my first bout of pregnancy nausea aka morning sickness that is not in the morning. I've been feeling rather "ick" all night (unless its all in my head). I never had this w/DD, so this is new for me. AND the sore nipples have kicked in, but only to the touch. I think I'm due to be roughly 6 weeks sometime this week.... Sound like anyone else out there?

Ahhh, yes, I have symptoms. I'm 4.5 weeks. Before the 4 week point, my pants suddenly didn't button. I don't know why I pooch out so early, it's all in my belly. I was planning on keeping everything secret for a month to get through the scary HG vs. Morning Sickness time, but my body is making that impossible. I look pregnant. I'm not super skinny, like a sz12 usually, but BAM I look pregnant now. I'm a little scared of the first person who asks & I have to say, "I'm due in 9 months." :lol

Plus, I'm HUNGRY! Not a little bit hungry... HUNGRY!!!!!!!

I just got my + test yesterday, my period wouldn't even be due for 2 more days, but for almost the past week I had enough symptoms that I just KNEW:
my symptoms so far:
- forgetfulness
- heightened sense of smell
- getting up to pee multiple times a night
- lost my normal pms chocolate craving
- brown spotting on implantation day
- tingly nipples
- major drop in milk supply
- 15 month old refusing to nurse and sticking his tongue out at me
- increased appetite
- mild heartburn
- burping
- minor sinus stuffiness
- vivid dreams

so far no ms just have to get my sleep pattern back
