I am just saying early-mid July....I HATE due dates! :lol because just as yamilee said I have everyone in my family (and I have a HUGE family) from about 37 weeks on asking me EVERYDAY...how are you feeling?, anything yet?! UGH!!

Well, due date calculators are based on a 28 day cycle and mine are longer than that. According to LMP, I would be due July 4, but based on ovulation I am due July 9.

This is precisely why I don't want to see an OB until the baby has enough time to grow according to the o date. I don't want her freaking out because it is 5 days "behind."

My first son was born 2 days before his EDD and the second one was 3 weeks early. I haven't a clue whether this baby will make it to July or not.

Well, the calculator shows July 4, but both my other babies came 5 days early...so it may actually be June...we've never birthed in our "due" month before, always the month before. I'd be happy with that trend! :)

i have to agree with the "tell everyone +2 weeks" rule! i went almost 2 weeks over with dd and it was torture to answer the phone. it got to the point where dh's family would make things up just to call him or me and find out if we'd had dd yet. :)

my edd is july13, but we're telling nosy people end of july just to be safe.

July 18 here - got a positive HPT two days ago, on CD26. Yikes. This is my second baby, meaning I'm not going to tell people IRL the actual date, just the vague "late July" answer.

So I'm July 18 based on LMP. How are you guys calculating from ovulation date? Is it just 40 weeks from ovulation date, or something else?

Bess, click on the chart link in my signature. That's how I know my date. If I were going by LMP, I'd be off by at least 10 days because I ovulated on day 25 that cycle.

I will say that I am due on the 9th but it is probably a few days later than that because I think I ovulated a little later.

Joining in...got a surprise :+ a week ago and still in shock. I calculate my due date (what a concept) to be 7/27. But I ovulated late, so I have no idea how many weeks I am now- basing it on LMP makes no sense.
