Hello I am new to MDC and being preggo. This will be my first one. I am excited to join you all and looking forward to getting to know you all. I am due July 9th. This is a very unplanned pregnancy and happened at a very bad time. My mother is not thrilled about it. I am 23 years old and very excited to be having my first. I know its going to be difficult but nothing in life really is easy

Welcome! I was 23 when my DS was born. I wish I had known about MDC back then. You're lucky you found it so early. Hope you enjoy your journey!

Congratulations, I'm sorry the timing doesn't seem right, but hopefully everything will fall into place. My oldest sister got pg unexpectedly, at a young age, and my mom went from being very upset when she found out to shopping for a port-a-crib so the baby could visit her house within a week!

I hope your mom will warm up to the idea soon!

Hey congrats!! I was 21 when #1 was born. I'm still only 25 and pregnant with #3.
Oh yea and you are super lucky you found MDC now. It wasn't till AFTER I had #2 that I found it.

Oh yea, I just wanted to say that my mom is always less the thrilled when she finds out about me being pregnant. (had 2 m/c too) but then she always gets really excited.

i was 17 when i got pregnant with my daughter, had her at 18 and 20 when I got pregnant with my son. I waited a loooong time before having my 2nd DD.

No one was thrilled when I got preggo with my first two (except me :lol)

Welcome! As previous posters have said, its good you found us so soon!!! Good luck on your pregnancy, and moms do get over it...mine did...sometimes it takes some time!
