Heard the heartbeat

I am about 6 weeks and we heard the heartbeat today!!!! 124!!

We have had daily ultrasound for awhile b/c I had ovarian hyperstimulation disorder. It has been such a treat to watch the daily growth during these early weeks. What a miracle!

Oh, that's so cool! What a great opportunity to really make it feel REAL, so early. :)

I'm not sure yet if I'm going to have any u/s. Last time I had parallel care between a nurse mw in the HMO system and a direct entry mw at my home. The quality of care was NO CONTEST. I'm thinking if everything looks good this time around, maybe I won't do the parallel care.

But... but. That means no ultrasound. Will DH put up with that? Not sure. :)
