I'm 31 and just got a bfp this morning after trying for 6 months. This will be number 1. I am feeling really nervous about the possibility of miscarriage...anyone else feel this way?

Congrats Aimee!
I am worried also. But I am trying to be extremely positive and allow myself to be happy. I am naturally a worrier so it's hard though.

Congratulations!
I understand exactly how you feel. I can't stop worrying either, and this is baby #3 for me. I hope it helps you to know that you're not alone. :Hug

Hey Aimee,
Welcome!
Feeling nervous is SOOO normal. I've been feeling really emotional about this pregnancy, and I think it's because I'm afraid to let myself get too excited yet, and so, focus on all of my anxieties instead.
I'm sending you lots of sticky baby dust! :dust
Good luck!

Hi there and congratulations :)
This is my 7th pregnancy and I am always nervous when pregnant, I always worry (natural worrier here also) and I think it just comes with the territory it is totally normal!
For some reason, I feel more "fragile" and "precarious" this pregnancy than I ever have and I can't figure out why, it actually freaks me out a little bit. I just feel like all these "normal" things I do (and they really are just normal stupid things) are dangerous or too risky and its just silly for me to be feeling that way since I really feel good so far this pregnancy.
Anyway, here's some :sticky :sticky :sticky for you!!

Me too. Earlier this year I had a mc @ 8 wks, so I'll be nervous until I make it past that point or get a confirmed hb. Good luck!! :thumb

I definitely know how you're feeling. This will be my first, and I'm too scared to let myself be excited since it's still so early. All the m/c statistics I've read while researching PCOS keep running through my head... It's really got me stressed and unable to enjoy myself. I'm not really sure when I'll feel like I can relax, either. Twelve weeks? That seems like such a long way off.... *sigh*
