I would like to know if there is a directory for English Nurseries in and around Rome...

As far as I know, there are only two in Rome. There is Tots' World, in Aventino, and Little Friends, in Monte Verde. They are both owned and operated by the same woman and I wasn't a huge fan of either of them when I visited but others seem to think they are okay.
