I am looking into some information about the two herbs and their safety
during pregnancy. Both Liquid herbal extracts. It's to help with quiting smoking. Pregnant mother is around 24 weeks along.
From the little bit of reading I did I am seeing that Lobelia is a stimulant sometimes used to get labor going right?
What about scullcap?

they can be ok in small amounts, Lobelia is a relaxant. YOu may have seen it mentioned in terms of using with false unicorn root for threatened miscarriage. It can either help keep it if it is a good pregnancy or help move things along if it is not a keeper. That is in the 1st trimester, mind you.
Those shoud be fine for using to stop smoking and certainly they are preferrable!

Yeah ^ I would guess that this far along it should be fine but any earlier and I would wonder. There aren't any studies done on "just how healthy" the fetus has to be for lobelia to aid in its evacuation and I only took it after I was obviously on my way to miscarrying already, and it definitely made a difference in how I felt so knowing I'm pretty sensitive to it I would only use it if I were pretty far along.

Lobelia is not something that I would use without supervision -- it is a smooth muscle relaxant and if it is given in high enough doses would stop the baby's heart.

I've taken Skullcap for insomnia during pregnancy. I think it was 2 doses of the tincture back to back & then if I still wasn't asleep, I didn't take any more.
