I keep getting sick! This stinks!

I swear...I pick up EVERYTHING that comes around. I was pregnant during the winter months with DD but never got sick more than once, maybe. But I'm on my 4th cold in a little over a month!! At first I thought it was just because we have we have DD now so we get exposed to more since she plays with other little kids now and then (and their parents couldn't care less if the kids cough in my DD's face or something...argh), but DD doesn't get sick as much as I do (of course she gets things and gets over them in 1-2 days usually, with very few symptoms). But this is getting so old. And it stinks because this is the healthiest (mostly nutrition-wise) my family has ever been, too. I just want to stop picking everything up. It's just crappy.

I hear you! I was just moaning about this too. I had a cold sore, which I haven't had in 5 years, a UTI, and the 2-week cold from hell. What has happened to my immune system? Handfuls of vitamins, by-the-book diet, exercise (when I'm not sick) and all this?! It's not fair.

I am recovering from my 2nd cold since Thanksgiving. I have been non-stop sick for over a month. It sucks!

Ugh. I know the feeling. I've had a sinus/ear thing since I got pregnant. My cousin knew she was pregnant with her first because she got a bad sinus infection right away. Suppressed immune systems are great. :irked:

I am on the second LONG lasting cold since Thanksgiving too. Being pregnant and sick IS misery. I hope you feel better soon. I have convinced myself that I am not catching anything else ;)
