Wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a prenatal yoga dvd.
Neither the time nor money for a class.
Last time I borrowed a video of Gurmukh and loved it.
Just wondering if there is something new out there before I go back to
the other.
Thanks!

:lurk:
I'd love to hear suggestions too, possibly (am I asking for too much) with a baby & me section for later?

I'd also like to find a good one. I had one my last pregnancy and I ebayed it, I don't remember the name at all. All I remember was the lady was so spunky I could have strangled her! It was so far from relaxing and enjoyable it was funny!

I used Shiva Rea's for dd1, which was pretty good. She has two preggo mamas accompanying her, one in 2nd tri and one in 3rd tri, and she demonstrates the 1st tri variations. So that's kind of nice: to see how you can vary the poses.
The "kegel" section is way too short. We learned in Bradley class to do A LOT more Kegels than that.
And I always hated her final meditation and "corpse pose"-- she just didn't have the right combo of words and voice to really settle me down... but I think I"m picky about that.
Anyway, try to get a used copy. You may like it. I used it a lot, so obviously it didn't annoy me too much!! Don't count on it as a workout—more stress release and relaxation.

Not sure about yoga DVDs, but last time around I tried several different pilates DVDs and loved Pilates During Pregnancy by Niece Pecenka.
