When I first get up in the morning my boobs hardly hurt at all and I start to think I'm not pregnant. Then after an hour or so they start to get more sensitive and they get more painful as the goes. Finally by the time I go to bed at night they are so painful I can't get lean my arm against them.
Is this normal?
Yesterday a woman gave me a friendly hug and all I could say was "Ow, ow, ow!"

Mine have been super sensitive and tender- and any touch is painful. Mine are never like this before AF comes, and i know this is all becuase i am pregnant. I do not remember this much pain with my first, but this pregnancy is so completely different than my first.
I think you are ok. If not, then there is something wrong with me too!! :lol

Sounds about right, except I don't get a whole hour after getting out of bed!

Mine are constantly sore from morning to night. I can't put my arms down over them and if DH comes anywhere near them I freak. I always had sore boobs for a few days before AF but it went away. Now it looks like we are in this for the long haul.

normally major boob pain and moodiness is the first thing that I get when I am pregnant and I have had that with every other pregnancy but I really don't have that at all this time. This time I am exhausted, nauseous, and I have had a headache for a week. It's weird. My nipples are bothering me though, it's painful to let my 13 month old nurse all of a sudden.

I wouldn't worry about it, there is such a huge range of "normal". I know when I wake up I'm barely showing at all, and by the time I go to bed I look 5 months pregnant! (and it's not from eating, I haven't been eating all that much). The symptoms of the first trimester are primarily hormonal, and hormones can be unpredictable to say the least!

I've noticed that my boob tenderness waxes and wanes during the day, too. It's usually not as bad first thing in the morning or after I exercise.
But I've even noticed some variation in me. When DH left for work one day last week, I was still snuggled in bed, and he thought he was patting my shoulder, but it was really my boob, and I almost jumped through the ceiling. :lol
Usually, during the TWW, I would mash my boobs to see if the tenderness was going away, since that was a sign that my period was coming, but I don't have that fear right now. The tenderness is pretty constant and intense!

I work in an assisted living home and I have to go upstairs to use the bathroom. (So fun since now I have to pee every 20 minutes.) When I come down the stairs I have to practically double over and wrap my arms around my boobs to keep them from bouncing with the steps. LOL
Yesterday I tried wearing one of the camisoles with the built in bra lining thing to minimize giggling (I'm a rather well endowed woman.) It worked great but when I took it off it felt like I had big rocks in my boobs and then practically hit the floor.

I've got major pain too. It's one of the main reasons I tested. :)

lol too funny because like I said with all of my other pregnancies the breast tenderness was always my first sign and when we had the incident on the
22nd every day after that I was squishing my boob too to see if it hurt trying to predict the future I guess. But they didn't hurt so I thought maybe I was in the clear :thumb:
With my first pregnancy before I even missed my period mine hurt so bad even the water in the shower bothered them
