Do anyone elses muscles ache?

I woke up yesterday with my arms and shoulders and back hurting like I'd ran a marathon! I can't figure out why. This morning my legs hurt the same way. I'm not doing anything overly strenuous to be causing it. Would this be part of early pregnancy?

I can't say I've had specific muscle aches, but I have had a "been run over by a truck" feeling, which I suppose is similar. It's likely either pregnancy or the flu.

Oh yea!! Yesterday it hit. Neck, shoulders, back, thighs, and hips.

I have fibromyalgia and I feel like it's gotten worse since I've been pregnant.

I was thinking I was getting the flu, but it has just been lingering and not getting worse, so maybe it is pregnancy.
